Position: Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: San Francisco, California
Day to Day:
  • Greet & welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting space
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort and advise team members of mail arrival at the front desk (small box and packages deliver to team members)
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the SharesPost hotline and general email box, including any support inquiries for the new GLASS token marketplace
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Have a basic understanding of securities and token market terminology (or a willingness and ability to quickly learn) in order to route customer inquiries appropriately
  • Willingness to obtain your Series 99 license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, printers/copiers
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Strong customer-oriented professional demeanor and motivation
  • Interest in and/or ability to learn more about securities and token market
  • High degree of patience and operational coordination ability
  • Appreciation for compliance
  • Experience in financial services, technology, blockchain or fintech would be advantageous
