Before SharesPost, Maureen worked for Pantheon Ventures, where she was an Investment Committee member and played a key role in new business development in Latin America. Before that, Maureen was a Vice President in Investment Banking for Goldman Sachs, where she worked on private equity transactions, cross-border and domestic M&A and other capital markets functions in the U.S. and Europe. She started her career at Merrill Lynch in the Fixed Income Division.

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Carol Foster

Carol Foster

President, SP Investments Management

Prior to joining SharesPost, Carol was Chief Financial Officer of PENSCO, a custodian of $15 billion in alternative assets. Carol has been an executive team member in leading investment banking and asset management firms and has deep experience in the alternative asset space. She has held positions at Pantheon Ventures, Calera Capital, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Accenture.

Carol has an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University.

Jonas Grankvist

Jonas Grankvist

Vice President, SP Investments Management

Prior to joining SharesPost, Jonas was an investment banker with Berman Capital, covering a wide range of industries including Internet, digital media and software. Jonas has worked on many mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions for buyers and sellers in the growth-and-middle-market arena. Jonas is also a mentor for the Thiel Foundation’s 20 Under 20 Fellowship.

Jonas received his LLM from Uppsala University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Kevin Moss

Kevin Moss

Chief Operating Officer, SP Investments Management

Prior to joining SharesPost, Kevin was a senior portfolio manager at First New York Securities, where he managed a global macro book. With over 17 years of senior level experience in financial services, Kevin’s specific areas of expertise include the management of client relationships, investment research coverage, block and position trading, and operations management. Kevin began his career as an institutional equities sales trader working for Instinet, and later Commerzbank. His client base included hedge funds, pension funds and proprietary trading desks. Subsequently, Kevin held a series of distinguished posts at leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms including serving as the head of international trading for Libra Advisors and Opus Trading Funds.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree in finance from Tulane University and his MBA from Columbia Business School, magna cum laude. He holds FINRA series 4, 7, 24, 27, 55 and 66 licenses.

Clay Smudsky

Prior to joining SharesPost, Clay led product development and distribution for SoFi Securities, Inc,. a division of SoFi, a leading Fin-Tech company focused on consumer finance. Before his role at SoFi, he was a Managing Partner at Forward, a San Francisco asset management firm specializing in liquid alternative investments. Clay began his career at Nuveen and ultimately rose to a senior sales management position leading all distribution efforts within the Western half of the United States. He transitioned to Salomon Bros Asset Management where he became a senior member of the sales leadership team.

Clay received his BA from Ohio Wesleyan University, his MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management. He has his CIMA, and holds FINRA series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Sven Weber

Sven Weber

President, SharesPost 100 Fund

Before joining SharesPost, Sven served as President of SVB Capital at Silicon Valley Bank, where he managed the company’s venture capital investing business, which included direct, secondary and fund of fund investments exceeding $1.5 billion under management. Prior to SVB Capital, Sven managed secondary investments at Cipio Partners and direct investments for Siemens. He previously had operational responsibilities at both Vodafone Germany and O2 Germany.

Sven holds an M.S. in Physics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, where he specialized in Information Technology and Environmental Physics.

Robert J. Boulware


Robert J. Boulware has served as a member of the Board of Trustees since the SP100 Fund’s inception, and has been an executive in the financial services industry for 35 years.

Since March 2008, Bob has been a trustee for Met Investors Series Trust, a $140 billion fund complex, as well as Vertical Capital Income Fund, a startup mutual fund, since 2012. He also serves as a director of Gainsco Inc. (PINK: GANS), a public traded auto insurance company, and as Managing Director of private-equity fund, Pilgrim Funds, LLC. From 1992 to 2006, Bob was the President and Chief Executive Officer of ING Funds Distributor, LLC.

Bob holds a BSBA from Northern Arizona University, College of Business Administration.

Mark Radcliffe

Mark Radcliffe has been a member of the Board of Trustees since the Fund’s beginning. As a partner of DLA Piper USA, LLP and its predecessor firms since 1989, Mark represents startup technology corporations in their intellectual property and finance matters. He also represents Fortune 100 companies in complex intellectual property transactions, and has worked in a wide variety of industries, from Internet to software to cloud to semiconductors.

In 2011, the Department of State appointed Mark to be one of 10 private members of the U.S.-Japan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Council. In 1997, the National Law Journal listed him as one of America’s 100 most influential lawyers, and the San Francisco Business Times has named him among the best lawyers in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been listed in the “The Best Lawyers in America,” and as one of Northern California’s Top 100 intellectual property attorneys in “Super Lawyers.” He has also been named as one of “America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” in Who’s Who Legal publication. In 1998, Harvard Law School designated him a “Distinguished Alumni.”

Mark earned a B.S. in chemistry magna cum laude from University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
