Greg Brogger

Greg Brogger

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, SharesPost, Inc.

Greg founded SharesPost in early 2009 to bring transparency, efficiency, and scale to the emerging Private Technology Growth asset class.

Prior to SharesPost, Greg launched and led the Nasdaq Private Market, a joint venture between SharesPost and NASDAQ OMX Group. Greg was also a co-founder of TrueCar (Nasdaq: TRUE) where he was responsible for the company’s early strategic partnerships. Greg was a member of the founding team at Internet Brands (Nasdaq: INET) and was Idealab’s VP of Business Development. Greg is also an angel investor through his incubator and fund BrightHouse. He began his career advising private technology companies as a securities lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Greg received his BA from University of California, Berkeley, his JD from the University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA from The Wharton School.

Vijay Chetty

VP, Business Development, Digital Assets Group

Prior to SharesPost, Vijay spent more than three years focusing on developing and successfully scaling the XRP ecosystem at Ripple. This included leading partnership initiatives for Ripple which included deals with major digital asset exchanges, wallet providers, custodians, aggregators, and financial institutions using XRP for settlement. Before Ripple, Vijay was on the investment team in BlackRock’s fixed income investment group, where he focused on research and portfolio management for corporate securities and derivatives in funds totaling more than $60 billion in assets. He also had prior roles at Hina Group and NASA.

Vijay holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

Maureen Downey

Before SharesPost, Maureen worked for Pantheon Ventures, where she was an Investment Committee member and played a key role in new business development in Latin America. Before that, Maureen was a Vice President in Investment Banking for Goldman Sachs, where she worked on private equity transactions, cross-border and domestic M&A, and other capital markets functions in the U.S. and Europe. She started her career at Merrill Lynch in the Fixed Income Division.

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Carol L. Foster

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, SharesPost, Inc.

Prior to joining SharesPost, Carol was Chief Financial Officer of PENSCO, a custodian of $15 billion in alternative assets. Carol has been an executive team member in leading investment banking and asset management firms and has deep experience in the alternative asset space. She has held positions at Pantheon Ventures, Calera Capital, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Accenture.

Carol has an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University.

Nick Grabowski

Chief Technology Officer, SharesPost, Inc.

Prior to joining SharesPost, Nick was Vice President of Application Architecture and R&D at Charles Schwab & Co, where he led the design of CS & Co.’s application modernization efforts. During his eight years at Schwab he held several positions including Principal Architecture and R&D, and Managing Director of Software Architecture. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology positions at Yola.com and Ebates. Nick has extensive experience in strategy development, system design, and project management. He has led teams of application and systems architects, designers, and engineers in building enterprise-class financial services platforms.

Nick received bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida State University.

Marie Jorajuria

Before joining SharesPost, Marie served as head of Finance and Compliance for Equilibrium Capital, a sustainability investment firm. Prior to that, Marie was President, Chief Compliance Officer & Financial Operations Principal at Wealthfront Brokerage Capital. Earlier in her career, Marie served as a principal of an outsource financial and compliance services firm and in senior management positions with financial startups that revolutionized financial advisor and brokerage services.

Marie received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a Mellon/Ford Fellowship in economics at Princeton University. Marie holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 79, 87 and 99 licenses as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Jeff Miller

Jeff has 30 years of industry experience with extensive background in asset management, wealth management and financial services. Before joining SharesPost, Jeff served as Managing Director, Head of Advice & Planning for Wealth Management Americas at UBS. Prior to UBS, he was President and Group Executive of Mercer, a leading global provider Investment and HR Consulting and Outsourced Solutions. Earlier in his career, Jeff held senior positions with Putnam Investments and Smith Barney. Jeff received his BS/BA from Boston University and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.

Kevin Moss

Kevin is managing director of distribution for the SharesPost 100 Fund, responsible for distribution, investor relations, and business-related activities of SharesPost Investment Management funds.

Prior to joining SharesPost, Kevin was a senior portfolio manager at First New York Securities, where he managed a global macro book. With more than 17 years of senior level experience in financial services, Kevin’s specific areas of expertise include the management of client relationships, investment research coverage, block and position trading, and operations management. Kevin began his career as an institutional equities sales trader working for Instinet, and later Commerzbank. His client base included hedge funds, pension funds, and proprietary trading desks. Subsequently, Kevin held a series of distinguished posts at leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms including serving as the head of international trading for Libra Advisors and Opus Trading Funds.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree in finance from Tulane University and his MBA from Columbia Business School, magna cum laude.

Jennifer Phillips

Prior to joining SharesPost, Jennifer worked for Silver Lake Waterman and New Evolution Ventures, analyzing and working on portfolio investments. Earlier in her career, she worked for Jefferies & Company in fixed-income sales. Jennifer also worked for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in fixed-income sales and institutional equity sales, and was a relationship manager for Merrill Lynch.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northeastern University. She has served on the board of directors of the YMCA (Presidio) and Printz Dance Center in Marin County. Jennifer holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.

Noah has long been an active member of the Bay Area Blockchain development community. He founded and architected CoMakery, a token issuance and administration platform for online collaborators. In addition, Noah was VP of Engineering with Nasdaq Private Market.

John Wu

Prior to SharesPost, John launched the SEGO fund to invest in digital currencies and securities; its predecessor fund, Sureview, was backed by the Blackstone Group. He was also previously a portfolio manager at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, Kingdon Capital, and Tiger Management. John is on the Advisory Boards of multiple blockchain companies.

John holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
